This is one frame from a sequence of photos I did as part of a time laps. When I set my camera up, I guessed that the trajectory of the comet would go behind the steep at some point. I didn't realize that the comet tail would back light the cross. As I realized what I was seeing, every metaphor of faith went through my mind. This light in the darkness filled my dark sky with beauty.
