51st International Balloon Fiesta 2023

From October 7-15 of 2023 the International Balloon Fiesta took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  For the last 10 years I have been able to photograph it.  This year was more difficult for me because of health issues affecting my mobility and energy.  Non the less I spent several days with my camera and a great friend exploring not just the balloon fiesta but Santa Fe and Taos as well.

Often the New Mexico Skies are amazing and accent the balloon's color.  But the weather does affect the balloon's ability to fly.  If the wind, gets too strong the balloons are grounded.
